Something happens the moment your child’s skates touch the ice. It’s exciting, empowering, and builds confidence from the very first glide. Whether your goal is recreational skating, hockey, or simply enjoying time on the ice as a family, our Learn to Skate program is the best place to begin.
Learn to Skate USA is the nation’s official learn-to-skate program, developed and supported by the Olympic National Governing Bodies — U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey, and US Speedskating. All Ice Vault instructors are Learn to Skate USA Certified.
Whether your skater is brand-new or continuing their progression, there is always a next session coming up. Our programs run continuously through the year with minimal breaks, so families can stay on track and build skills at a comfortable pace.
