Learn to Skate Basic Skills Group Lessons for Ages 7-17
Basic Skills is a six-level progression designed to give skaters a strong foundation in forward and backward skating, stops, edges, crossovers, turns, and overall control on the ice:

After completing Basic 1 & 2, skaters continue into Basic 3–6. Families who want additional hockey-focused work may also choose Hockey Skating 3–5 when scheduling allows, but it is not required for hockey development.
After completing Basic 6, skaters who wish to explore figure skating can transition into the Aspire Figure Skating program for more advanced figure skating skill development.
The Basic Skills curriculum allows skaters to progress at their own pace, advancing after demonstrating skill mastery through instructor evaluations.
