Learn to Skate Adult Beginner – Advanced: Ages 18+

Adult classes at are offered on Saturdays and provide a welcoming environment for adults who are new to the ice or returning after time away. The Adult curriculum promotes physical fitness, improves balance and coordination, and teaches correct skating technique at a comfortable pace. Skaters build confidence while making skating an enjoyable part of an active lifestyle.

Adult classes are organized into three groups:

  • Adult Beginner — Adult 1 & 2
  • Adult High Beginner — Adult 3 & 4
  • Adult Advanced — Adult 5 & 6

All adults who are new to lessons or returning after a long break must begin with Adult Beginner to establish proper technique and ensure safe progression.

Each group follows a progressive pathway, introducing foundational skills and advancing to more complex edges, turns, and control. Adult skaters are encouraged to progress at their own rate, with each level providing clear goals and support along the way.

* There are no class or practice make-ups or substitutions for any classes or practice times that you do not attend. *
